Mevgal Manrouri is a semi-soft, fresh, very white cheese made from the sheep's or goat's milk whey that is drained from feta cheese when it's produced. Manouri cheese is similar to feta cheese in some ways, but it's creamier like a thick cheesecake. It's less salty than feta, with a somewhat milky taste and hints of citrus.
