Delivery Areas in Hong Kong

We try to deliver to most parts of HK. Due to remoteness or complication in logistics which would impair the product quality, we do not deliver to the following areas:

In case you live in any of the above areas, please provide an alternative address which we can deliver to.

Minimum Order Value

  • We operate with a minimum order value of $500. Any order below that cannot be processed by the system.

  • The minimum order value for free delivery is $1,200. Any order below that, will be charged a $50 delivery fee.

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed any day or time through our website.

  • We try our best to deliver within 3 working days of receiving an order. In case of any difficulties due to location, we will contact you to coordinate.

  • We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays or during typhoons.

  • We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but will do our best to deliver morning or afternoon if there is a special request.

  • We will contact our customer on the phone provided around one hour before delivery. Please be available or make arrangements for someone to be home to receive your package.

  • Certain items that are chilled and frozen must be received and immediately stored in the correct temperatures.

  • Levant Foods will not take any responsibility for no-show to receive goods, for products left unattended if customer is unavailable to pick up, or in case products are not correctly stored upon delivery.

  • In case of no-show and need to deliver again, there will be $100 charge.

Return Policy

  • Every order dispatched from our premises is checked and should be as per your order. All products are checked to ensure quality is good.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order once received to make sure the right products and quantities have been delivered. In case of wrong items or quantities, our staff need to be informed at the time of delivery. It is at our discretion to accept any claims after delivery has been accepted by a customer. In case wrong items or wrong quantities have been delivered, we will make arrangements to deliver the correct products as soon as possible.

  • In the remote chance that a product is spoilt, this needs to be reported to us by email within 24hours of receipt. Please provide description of the problem and a photo of the problem. In such an instance we will make arrangements to replace the product as soon as possible.
