A classic balsamic vinegar produced out of Cyprus “petimezi” (grape syrup) and authentic wine vinegar.

No preservatives, colour or other sweeteners are ever added and this is another fact that makes our balsamic vinegar stand out of the group, on the shelf.

It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in wooden wine casks and can age in bottle as well for many more years.
