A type of olive which is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product of the beautiful island of Thassos.

Olives are salted and sun dried in the Greek sun. They look like big raisins and have a strong, tangy taste and is perfect for pasta, salads, olive breads and simply snacking if you love olives.
