Belas family has been making cheese in central Greece below the shadow of Mount Olympus, since 1927.

Salad cheese has a similar look and feel to feta cheese. Whilst real feta cheese is made of goat and sheep milk, salad cheese is a cow milk cheese that follows the same production process as feta. The flavour is a little less picante than feta cheese, so it’s suitable for those looking for a lighter feta type cheese.
