This is a freshly caught wild fish in the Aegean sea and frozen on day of catch to retain its freshness and high nutritional value. High in Ω3 and proteins, this is a small fish packed with nutrients and an awesome flavour travelling you to the Mediterranean.

Can be pan battered, coated in flour and deep fried, can be baked with olive oil garlic and herbs or marinated in vinegar or salt and enjoyed as an appetiser or topping. No cleaning required, fish can be eaten whole as is.
