This is a freshly caught wild fish in the Aegean sea and frozen on day of catch to retain its freshness and high nutritional value. High in Ω3 and proteins, this is a small fish packed with nutrients and an awesome flavour travelling you to the Mediterranean.

Can be pan fried or baked with olive oil garlic and herbs. Can also be marinated in salt or vinegar and enjoyed as an appetiser. No cleaning required, fish can be eaten whole as is.
